Refund Policy

Effective Date: 14 August 2025

At Grameen Yuva Cricket Union (“GYCU”), we value your trust and support for our activities and initiatives. This Refund Policy explains our rules for refunds on event registrations, donations, or purchases made through our website (https://gycu.in).

1. Donations

All donations made to GYCU are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the funds are immediately allocated to our NGO activities and social initiatives.

2. Event Registration Fees

  • Registration fees for our cricket tournaments, training camps, or events are generally non-refundable.
  • If an event is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

3. Merchandise Purchases

For physical products or merchandise purchased from GYCU, refunds will be considered only if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, and the amount will be credited through the original payment method used.
