Rules & Regulations

  1. The Member and Officers of GYCU are working on voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Enrolment is non-transferable and once the Donation payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  2. Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct may result in rejection of Enrolments of GYCU. All disputes Subject to jurisdiction of Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
  3. GYCU will not be responsible for any misuse of Identity Card issued to the Membership during the course of their Membership with GYCU.
  4. The nomination process takes a time period of about 35 days, so do not expect this in this regard, only you can know the status of your form.
  5. Within 1 month of receiving the nomination letter, it must be investigated by calling the trust's website or on the national office.
  6. It is mandatory to follow the rules made by the trust/institution/organization by all the players, team owners, officials. If someone is found to be violating the manual, then his statutory membership will end itself. No member or officer can claim a claim against the institution/trust/organization.
  7. If there is an unpleasant incident, accidental incident, death, loss, damage with players, officials, members, audiences, general public during programs, sports competitions organized by the trust/institution/organization, then the trust/organization/organization will not be responsible for it.
  8. Trust / institution / organization has the right to protest and support in any issue of the country.
  9. On expiry, the Identity Card must be Submit to the Head Office. after expiry, renewal is a must under 30 days for regular membership.
  10. In case of change of Address/ Mobile number. Member should inform the same to the Head Office by Post / Email.
  11. In case of loss the Identity Card, inform the Head Office in writing along with F.I.R. and Aadhar card immediately.
  12. All GYCU members should contact their respective Area Units/ State Units/ National Unit office once in a month.
  13. Applicant can use photocopy of the application form which will be duty acknowledged by the Head Office once revived duty filled in.
  14. Strict action will be taken against the Member, if found guilty floating the rules and regulation of GYCU.

  • I will follow all the rules & regulations of GYCU as per the membership form.
  • I do not have any criminal background & do not have any criminal FIR Case lodged/pending against me.
  • GYCU will not be responsible for any such illegal Wrong immoral act for omission done by me.
  • Whenever required I will present my Identity Card Certificate.
  • I will never misuse my membership/Identity Card.
  • I have read & understood the Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with them.

In case the above submitted information is found incorrect/false, I will be subject to the Law of the land and The Chairman reserves the right to cancel the membership without assigning any reason.

The Chairman of GYCU reserves the right to reject any membership form without assigning any reason.

The Chairman of GYCU may terminate/cancel/suspend the membership without any prior intimation/information reason.

सदस्यता शुल्क सिर्फ नीचे दिये गये GYCU के बैंक खाते में ही जमा करें, सदस्यता शुल्क / डोनेशन सम्बंधित चेक अथवा बैंक ड्राफ्ट सिर्फ GYCU के नाम से ही दें, किसी भी सदस्य को नगद / चेक अथवा उसके व्यक्तिगत बैंक खाते में धनराशि जमा न करें।

आपके द्वारा किसी सदस्य से पैसे का लेनदेन करने पर GYCU की जवाबदेही नही है।

नियम एवं विनियम

  1. GYCU के सदस्य और पदाधिकारी स्वैच्छिक आधार पर काम कर रहे हैं और उन्हें कोई भुगतान नहीं दिया जाता है। नामांकन अहस्तांतरणीय है और एक बार दान भुगतान हो जाने के बाद, यह गैर-वापसी योग्य है।
  2. किसी भी प्रकार का दुर्व्यवहार या कदाचार GYCU के नामांकन को अस्वीकार कर सकता है। सभी विवाद कानपुर नगर, उत्तर प्रदेश के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं।
  3. GYCU के साथ उनकी सदस्यता के दौरान सदस्यता के लिए जारी किए गए पहचान पत्र के किसी भी दुरुपयोग के लिए GYCU जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
  4. नामांकन प्रक्रिया में लगभग 35 दिनों की समयावधि लगती है, इसलिए इस संबंध में अपेक्षा न करें, केवल आप अपने फार्म की स्थिति जान सकते हैं।
  5. नामांकन पत्र प्राप्त होने के 1 महीने के भीतर, ट्रस्ट की वेबसाइट पर या राष्ट्रीय कार्यालय पर कॉल करके इसकी जांच की जानी चाहिए।
  6. ट्रस्ट/संस्था/संगठन द्वारा बनाए गए नियमों का पालन सभी खिलाड़ियों, टीम मालिकों, अधिकारियों द्वारा किया जाना अनिवार्य है। यदि कोई नियमावली का उल्लंघन करता हुआ पाया जाता है, तो उसकी वैधानिक सदस्यता स्वतः समाप्त हो जाएगी। कोई भी सदस्य या पदाधिकारी संस्था/ट्रस्ट/संगठन के खिलाफ दावा नहीं कर सकता।
  7. ट्रस्ट/संस्था/संगठन द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रमों, खेल प्रतियोगिताओं के दौरान खिलाड़ियों, अधिकारियों, सदस्यों, दर्शकों, आम जनता के साथ कोई अप्रिय घटना, आकस्मिक घटना, मृत्यु, हानि, क्षति होती है, तो इसके लिए ट्रस्ट/संस्था/संगठन जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
  8. ट्रस्ट/संस्था/संगठन को देश के किसी भी मुद्दे पर विरोध और समर्थन करने का अधिकार है।
  9. समाप्ति पर, पहचान पत्र मुख्यालय/ कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा। समाप्ति के बाद, नियमित सदस्यता के लिए 30 दिनों के भीतर नवीनीकरण अनिवार्य है।
  10. पते/मोबाइल नंबर में परिवर्तन के मामले में, सदस्य को डाक/ईमेल द्वारा मुख्यालय/ कार्यालय को सूचित करना चाहिए।
  11. पहचान पत्र खो जाने की स्थिति में, मुख्यालय/ कार्यालय को तुरंत F.I.R. और आधार कार्ड के साथ लिखित रूप में सूचित करें।
  12. GYCU के सभी सदस्यों को महीने में एक बार अपने संबंधित क्षेत्र इकाइयों/राज्य इकाइयों/राष्ट्रीय इकाई कार्यालय से संपर्क करना चाहिए।
  13. आवेदक आवेदन पत्र की फोटोकॉपी का उपयोग कर सकता है जिसे मुख्यालय/ कार्यालय द्वारा विधिवत भरे जाने पर विधिवत स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
  14. GYCU के नियमों और विनियमों का उल्लंघन करने का दोषी पाए जाने पर सदस्य के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
  15. यदि आपको कोई संदेह, प्रश्न या समस्या है, तो GYCU मुख्यालय/ से संपर्क करें।

प्राधिकृत सूचना पत्र (ऑनलाइन फॉर्म हेतु)

यह सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति ग्रामीण युवा क्रिकेट यूनियन (Grameen Yuva Cricket Union) का सदस्य बनने हेतु ऑनलाइन माध्यम से फॉर्म भरता है, तो वह फॉर्म पर भौतिक (Original) हस्ताक्षर करने में असमर्थ रहता है। ऐसी स्थिति में, यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना ही उस व्यक्ति की सहमति एवं हस्ताक्षर का प्रमाण माना जाएगा।

जो भी व्यक्ति ऑनलाइन माध्यम से संस्था से जुड़ता है, वह यह स्वघोषणा करता है किः

  • उसने संस्था के उद्देश्यों, नियमों एवं कार्यप्रणाली को पूर्ण रूप से पढ़ और समझ लिया है, तथा वह स्वेच्छा से संस्था से जुड़ रहा है।
  • ऑनलाइन जुड़ने वाला प्रत्येक सदस्य स्वप्रमाणित (Self-Certified) माना जाएगा।

संस्था यह स्पष्ट करती है कि भविष्य में किसी भी प्रकार की कानूनी प्रक्रिया या विवाद की स्थिति में हस्ताक्षर से संबंधित कोई भी जिम्मेदारी संस्था की नहीं होगी। यदि कोई सदस्य हस्ताक्षर को लेकर आपत्ति या विवाद उत्पन्न करता है, तो उसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी उसी सदस्य की होगी।

जो भी सदस्य या पदाधिकारी ऑनलाइन माध्यम से डोनेशन इनफॉर्मेशन फॉर्म व शपथ पत्र भरते हैं, वे उस फॉर्म पर हस्ताक्षर नहीं कर पाएंगे। संस्था द्वारा ऑनलाइन डोनेशन करने के पश्चात फॉर्म में उल्लिखित घोषणा पत्र व शपथ पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर स्वयंमेव (By Default) मान्य कर लिए जाएंगे।

इस प्रक्रिया में किसी भी पदाधिकारी को हस्तक्षेप करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। यदि किसी कारणवश कोई आपत्ति या विवाद उत्पन्न होता है, तो सदस्य संस्था के विरुद्ध किसी भी प्रकार की कानूनी कार्यवाही/मुकदमा नहीं कर सकते।

घोषणा पत्र (Donation)

मैं अपने पूरे होश-हवास एवं स्वेच्छा से निम्नलिखित घोषणाएँ करता/करती हूं:

  1. मैं स्वेच्छा से ग्रामीण युवा क्रिकेट यूनियन (GYCU) को धनराशि सदस्यता एवं संस्था के उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति हेतु अनुदान स्वरूप प्रदान कर रहा/रही हूं।
  2. इस अनुदान की धनराशि मैं पूरी समझदारी एवं निःस्वार्थ भाव से प्रदान कर रहा/रही हूं, और भविष्य में इस राशि की किसी भी प्रकार से वापसी या पुनः प्राप्ति का कोई दावा नहीं करूंगा/करूंगी।
  3. संस्था द्वारा इस धनराशि को देशहित, समाजहित एवं GYCU के अधिकृत कार्यों में पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता के साथ प्रयोग करने की अनुमति है।
  4. इस अनुदान के संबंध में संस्था द्वारा मुझे किसी प्रकार का प्रलोभन, दबाव या लालच नहीं दिया गया है तथा यह पूरी तरह स्वेच्छा पर आधारित है।
  5. अनुदान की राशि का भुगतान मैंने निम्न माध्यम से किया है: नकद बैंक चेक ड्राफ्ट बैंक खाते में सीधे जमा।
  6. मैं यह भी स्पष्ट करता/करती हूं कि यह अनुदान संस्था को उसकी सामाजिक, नैतिक और वैधानिक गतिविधियों के सुचारु संचालन के लिए दिया गया है, तथा इस धनराशि का उपयोग संस्था की कार्यनीतियों के अनुरूप किया जाएगा।

सभी अधिकार GYCU के लिए आरक्षित हैं। सभी विवाद केवल कानपुर नगर क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन हैं।
