1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GYCUs. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2) Eligibility & Conduct

• You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and not infringe the rights of others.
• You will not introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the website or events.
• Participants must follow event rules, safety guidelines, and officials’ decisions at all times.

3) Accounts, Information & Communications

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registrations, volunteer sign-ups, and donations.
• We may contact you via email/SMS/phone regarding registrations, schedules, results, certificates, and organizational updates.
• You are responsible for securing any login credentials (if provided).

4) Fees, Donations & Receipts

• Event/league fees and other payable charges must be paid as displayed during checkout/registration.
• Donations are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable. Official receipts will be issued for eligible donations as per applicable regulations.

5) Event Participation, Health & Safety

• Sports activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with all safety directions at venues and during travel to/from events.
• GYCUs may refuse or revoke participation if safety or conduct standards are not met.
• Medical fitness is your responsibility. In emergencies, you consent to first aid and necessary medical assistance. Costs, if any, are your responsibility.

6) Scheduling, Postponement & Cancellation

• Event schedules are subject to change due to weather, venue availability, or other operational reasons.
• If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date by GYCUs, registered participants may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

7) Media, Photography & Publicity

• By attending events, you consent to photography, videography, and live streaming, and grant GYCUs a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such media for promotional and reporting purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed, please inform organizers in writing prior to the event; reasonable efforts will be made but cannot be guaranteed in public settings.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, text, graphics, photos, and videos—is owned by GYCUs or used with permission. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are permitted without prior written consent.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may link to third-party sites or use external services (e.g., payment gateways, email/SMS providers). We do not control or endorse their content or practices and are not responsible for their policies.

10) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the website/services.
